And Mr. Hocking - that goalie story is a riot. I'm surprised we don't hear about this thing happening more often. It might be unlikely, but people win the lottery all the time.

The Leafs are going to take the ice in two hours - I'm interested to see if they can split the first two games in Boston on Hockey Night in Canada. Naz is out for three games due to poor impulse control.
Winnipeg had a great party going off Portage Ave. last night
This year has had some good stories - for example Toronto and Winnipeg setting franchise records. But I'll take Vegas breaking out as frosh as the story of the year.

Sitting inside waiting out an Icestorm,doing something you may rarely do in the states.
Watching Toronto play Boston on national tv on a Saturday night.
Sweet.
And congrats Ben and all Canadiens for getting a couple teams in the playoffs.At least for now....lol

Hello hockey fans,
I'm a VGK fan and willing to accept defeat when fairly delivered, but last nights game was without a doubt the poorest officiating I have ever seen. If this is what it takes for the Caps to win then so be it, but to suggest that we've lost our mojo seems a little premature!
yes yes I know....down 3 to 1
Maybe Gerald should just unleash our hitters and see how that works out!
