Hailman, here are a couple of more Convict Lake/Laurel Mtn. shots.

This one was the same storm as the previous shots I posted on this thread.

Here is one taken by full moon light.

Donini, as soon as I saw the title of this thread I thought of that perfect pyramid shape peak you posted. I donít know what or where it is but ever since I saw the first time you posted it itís been stuck in my brain.

The old posts on this thread are a good example of why everyone should upload photos to supertopo instead of linking! Not to mention the sizing issues.

limpingcrab, when uploading to ST, the image that shows within the thread has a drop-off in quality. You only get an idea as to the quality of the pic if you actually click on it and get the full sized version. I don't think many people actually do that. Here is an example:

Donini's 3rd photo ... I'll hazard Celestial Peak, Siguniang, Sichuan. Spied from afar. Still on the to-do list.

Wow, that's definitely a noticeable difference in quality, Jody! Fair point, just make sure you never change your picture hosting site so I can still see the pics next year :)

My links are to my own site. Don't plan on changing servers any time soon.

Every time I get my first glimpse of the Tetons driving in they take my breath away!
