I haven't been on that road since 1984, some of the spots pictured I feel like I just passed by yesterday; for others i.e. Ellery Lake, I had to get a map out to figure out where some of the pictured spots were.
I can't wait to roll along that grade once again, and have been making plans to do so for quite some time. I flash back to the times when I would decide to go on a journey, pack my car after a day's worth of planning, say goodbye to my folks and go.
Nowadays life isn't that simple for me for one reason or another but I haven't given up on the idea.
