Hello my fellow climbers. I want to let you all know JESUS CHRIST is coming very very soon. I tell you this as a friend and from a caring heart it comes from love, the only kind of love when you have CHRIST in your heart. I am a Christain a family man and a rock climber. It is my duty as a Christain to do GODS work and spread the word that he is coming really soon.
And let me tell you the signs are all around from the economy to homosexualality, fornication(sex without marriage) adultery, murder many many people are on the wrong path. The people without CHRIST will be judge before him and if there names aren't in the book of life they will be cast into the lake of fire. Hey man I tell you reader that the time is now to make a decision. JESUS CHRIST died on the cross for all our sins.
In the bible John 3:16 says "For GOD so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that who so ever belive in him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life." Some people belive that the bible is just a history story, in a way it is. But it is the word of GOD and was written by man. Men who walk with CHRIST and witness the crucifixion and resurection and wrote about it. What applied then still applies to this day. The bible is our owners manual on how we should live. Trust in CHRIST and you will live a happy life. GOD will always be there for you and help you in the most difficult times here on earth. Until that day when CHRIST returns a life with CHRIST in your heart is great! Yes it's hard to have faith and put your trust in something that you can't see. My brother and sister let me tell you. I lived a life of sin. We were born of sin, because of Adam and Eve. But GOD forgives. You just have to ask for forgiveness. I lived my life sinful, doing drugs, lying, stealing, fornication, a foul tongue. GOD can not allow sin. I am not perfect. Even as a christian satan tries to temp me to sin. But I have GOD in my heart and my faith in the LORD is strong. The bible says in Ephesians 5:12-18 to take on and put on the full ARMOR OF GOD! It's hard to imagine because it is a spirtiual power only in the faith and acceptance in CHRIST JESUS that you would understand. I pray to CHRIST to always protect me against satan and that I stand strong against temptation engaging my SWORD OF THE SPIRIT which is the word of GOD! MY SHIELD of faith to extinguish all the flaming arrows of evil! The HELMET of salvation! The BREASTPLATE of rightousness and stand firm with the BELT OF TRUTH buckled around my waist!
Beliving in GOD and his mighty power the ARMOUR protects me from the dark world and against spiritual forces of evil. My brothers and sisters, I speak the truth to you all. I have used it! AND IT WORKS!
I know that this all sounds crazy and fanatical. Think what you may. But I am giving you warning that CHRIST is coming!
Theres still a chance for you to be saved and become born again, it's not to late. But don't wait to long. I tell you this from my heart. You can become saved but praying to GOD and asking him to come into your heart and ask for forgiveness. You can say a prayer like this and mean it, have it come from your heart.
Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner.I am sorry
I thank You for dying on the cross for my sins,
and I turn from that sin now and ask You to come
into my life as Savior and Lord.
I choose to follow You from this day forward all
the days of my life.
Thank You for calling me and accepting me.
In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
Again, that's a really simple prayer. But it's a new beginning, and if you meant it, Jesus Christ just come into your life. You may feel tearful or excited, or you may feel nothing at all. But the point of this is not how you feel, but what GOD has just done for you. He says in the bible that you have become a new person!
I hope that this message touches you all. For the time is coming the hearts of many are hard. But GOD loves you all. I truely hope you make that change, because hell is for real and spending eternity in hell, I wish not for anybody.
I recommend reading the bible, reading info how to become strong in faith and living the life GOD wants you to live. There are many websites to help you in your endevor to have a relationship with CHRIST. Find an Christian church, pray to GOD for guidance, wisdom, knowledge, he is there for you...
Know this the earth is our temporary home. Are real home is in
HEAVEN with the Lord! JESUS LOVES YOU...
Read this book: "23 min in hell by Bill Wiese" His story about what he saw, heard, and felt in that place of torment his experience in hell and the message that CHRIST gave to him for us to hear heed and be ready for his return! His message to Bill was. "Tell them I am coming very, very soon!"

As a Believer, I have to agree with most of the above. In the meantime, buddy, you'd better fasten your Armour of God, cuz you're sure as hell gonna need it after posting that here!

Dear Mr. apostle:
1. That's quite the first post to SuperTopo.
2. Isn't it rather arrogant for you to use the pen name "apostle"? Any chance we could see some of that meekness and humility your religion preaches, or better still some on-topic contributions to what after is still a climbing forum?
3. Many people here aren't theists, and of those who are theists, many aren't Christian.
4. If Mr. Christ is coming very soon, does that mean he's been playing with himself?
5. The SuperTopo forum isn't divided into sub-forums. However, in the case of religious discussions and rants, I'd be willing for an exception to be made.

I'm all for Christian morality, but as a tool to achieve personal and collective happiness.
I don't think a threat that some "enforcer" is coming is very realistic.

He did promise to return. All that evil crap you mentioned has been around since you know when. Now is no different. He also said something about coming like a thief in the night. To me that means he will probably put fear in us and we won't recognise him. There is also that part about no-one will know the time. Good luck. Which apostle do you fancy yourself to be? John? Peter? Judas? Don't say Paul, or you will get it wrong.
