Mithral Dihedral, AWESOMENESS

So so so so so so so so damn fun. This was my first ever 14er and not my last! many more to come! It was a 5 star climb in a 5 star area with 5 star friends. A very memorable climb that will always be rememberd!

It was a 16 hour C2C, left my legs feeling like jello!

Go out there and climb it!

Very nice video, and I usually prefer the stills+text format. I liked the 360 spinning pan at the top. If I'm to believe Mtn Project the FA was Alan Bartlett & Alan Roberts, July 1976. For them to get on that and name it that, which for that climb is just a super name. Your shot looking down at the follower in a perfect dihedral , then panning up to the never ending silver (Mithril) dihedral just blew my socks off.

Thanks once again.

i dug my grave up there.
i go back every few years
and tidy it up;
just some juniper needles
and some crumbling dirt /
rocks in the bed.

i find it emotionally liberating
to know that my grave is currently empty.

i don't know. just knowing it's there
and i'm not yet in it
really kicks me softly in
that verve spot.

i'll be trippin on risk or some such;
and worrying on doom,
and then i find solace knowing
that my grave is ready and waiting
for that one day when i decide i need it.
