The Holy Roller ascends the right-hand of three prominent cracks on the west face of the peak. Brody and Joe climbed this route during peak season. They would ride the shuttle to the Court of the Patriarchs and hop on their long boards and roll down the road to begin the approach. The hiking begins in drainage with a 4’x 4’ storm drain at the bottom of it about 2.2 miles from the South Entrance. Follow the steep drainage to the base of the cliff. The Holy Roller is an excellent five-pitch route that terminates just below the huge ledge on top of the lower head wall.
Rack: 2 ea .4-4”, extra set .53.5”, nuts, quickdraws and slings
Descent: rappel the route.
