Dude, 99% encompasses the entire planet. ALL of the world. The whole enchilada.
I just asked you to give a number for how many 1% of 7 billion are. It is clear that you have no idea (as I expected).
My first point where that there are much more than 1% of the world population that wouldn't have any problem with limiting their carbon footprint. There are also much more than 1% of the world population that understand and care about the climate.

Here is the REAL point. 99 plus % of the world hasn't time for this issue. They are too busy busting their asses daily trying to make it through the day. Not sitting at some Starbucks sipping their mocha latte Wi-Fying their bullshet agenda on the internet.

Should I cant the number of people in your math or real math?
I am sure that there are many more than 10 millions that is included in the scam if real numbers are used. In the chief numbers I am nor sure. Is 10 million equal to 234% of the number of people in USA?

europe 10%
japan 1.8%

good refutation actually of the north pole ice photo, Chief
however, the fact still remains that global warming IS real and it IS quite rapidly causing melting in the Arctic
I think the point of posting the photo was simply to refute Rick's contention, not your's chief,
that denies the reality OF the current warming trend
also, I DO agree with the chief that, to a large degree, finances and human resources could be better targeted to mitigate human suffering NOW rather than a warming trend that we are likely to not be able to DO anything significant about anyway
