Ron just admit it YOU ARE A BLEEDING HEART FOR NATURE!! Like I said before if you witnessed someone "spray painting graffiti, destroying a joshua tree, or abusing an animal for pleasure you would kick the sh#t out of them".

You pick up litter--1 admission

Do you hunt and use all of an animal that you killed- 1 admission

Do you love animals -- 1 admission

Still waiting for:

Do you recycle?

Do you grow or gather any of your own food?

I predict you do both of these things but I will wait for your reply...it is only a matter of time Ron because I KNOW people like you--grew up around them actually. You love this earth and people YOU ARE A BLEEDING HEART 4 sure............

The universe doesn't give a crap about you or me.

Oh yes it does.

We are all part parcel of it.

So You don't care because you are an ignorant scientist and make up sh!t in your fertile brain.

There's no intelligence here.

Just stooopid opinions.

I just drank a quart of fluoride for lunch, nothing happened.

I did not write otherwise. Of course we're all part of the universe. My atoms aren't going anywhere. Before they formed to become me they were off being part of something else, in 40-60 years they'll stop being me and go off to be a part of something else.

wbraun wrote:

One, don't care about what? Life? The Earth? My family? About those three, of course I care.

Two, I'm not a scientist, never claimed to be. You're the one making sh#t up.

Unlike you, the chief and a few others, I've never claimed to be intelligent. The only thing I know is that I know nothing, and even that I stole from someone else.

well Ron, you have repeatedly brought up that quote by House Minority Leader Pelosi.

You bring it up for some reason, I guess you assume, usually wrong to begin with, that the healthcare bill was supposed to be first passed and then actually read, and i can see how somehow as unread and uninformed as yourself would jump with joy at the chance to somehow find reason to criticize something Mrs. Pelosi said. After all, she IS a Democrat, and, gasp, a WOMAN, and gasp, a LIBERAL, and, gasp has gay friendly SAN FRANCISCO in her legislative district.

WOW, how cool is that, why she represents just about every kind of bigotry for you!

But here's the thing, Ron. As usual when you are involved, you always, always, take the simple and shallow and fast analysis, any more than that involves actually READING and looking DEEPER, and you have no time or intellectual curiosity for that!

So here it is Ron, read this, see how the truth is different from what you wanted to believe so badly?

just for once, see if you can follow what is being written, Ron, and then you can go back to the simple stuff like fuking polar bears and "fauna"

CLUE: the SENATE has to CHANGE the BILL and pass it, and THEN send it to the HOUSE
and HOUSE cannot know what is in it until it comes to them to be voted on, get it?

Norton, Ron's never going to listen to a counterpoint. I shouldn't say never, that's an absolute. It seems highly unlikely that he will listen to a counterpoint and change his opinion.

Math and science are irrelevant. Anecdotal conjecture and distrust of math that isn't understood is what Ron and the deniers feed on.

If theres one thing i defend since i was a boy scout ,it has been the enviornment.
NOT SORRY. You men have proved nothing yourselves, but one thing, especially after attacking scientists like Ed,Base,Chiloe, etal .

Lame argument. A conservationist isn't necessarily a Global Warming advocate.

You can love a clean earth and still be skeptical of anthropomorphic climate change.

You are not a skeptic bluring, you are a global climate change denialist
there is a difference
I am a skeptic, you are not.
You believe what ever your side of the establishment tells you to believe
and that is to be a GCC denialist

all skeptics believe in the science backing anthropologic GCC, I just posted that fact
They are also all atheists, which you are not

Whatever you say, Johnson. You have proven yourself in the past to be incapable of logic and reason. This is why I will not have a discussion with you. You make no sense, and then deny facts that are posed to you.

End of a rational discussion.

I asked Base last week if he knew about the range of geo magnetic variations, particularly polar reversals, and their effects on climate due to allowing more or less cosmic Rays into the earths atmosphere. Anyway, no answer was forthcoming so i looked into on my own. Below is a very interesting and very recent paper i found on the subject. Everyone should take the time to at least read through the abstract.

Is sea ice increasing or decreasing? Are global temps declining or increasing over the past 10 years?

Is any of this because of us, if true? Has this ever happened in the past before the advent of coal production and oil use? Why did it?

Try to use logic and history to answer.

Thats right, he is a card carrying christian hard core. I don't know about every science fan being an atheist but for sure most every hard core religious nut is a AGW denier.

I was wondering if you guys could explain this phenomena ?

Simple. There are numerous climate scientists who dispute the "consensus", and aren't 'paid by oil companies'. I'm sure you're aware of them but decline to cite them. Hence, you are a denier.

Not to mention the astrophysicists who point to solar activity for past warming. It is a cyclical solar phenomenon.

As for being "bought off" a person can do that to himself without any oil company, hence my question about religion.

What about the other side of the equation. Can AGW proponents even POSSIBLY be persuaded by grants and money? Look both directions before you accuse one side.

As you well know, there is a clear tendency for the religious, and the more religious the greater the tendency, to oppose all and every element of AGW theory.

Again, look at yourself. I think religion has nothing to do with it. More of a cyclical, natural thing.

How about you other denier idiots? Or is religion just another question too hot to handle?

You just WANT to make it about religion because if fits your lame narrative.

Meh.
