Flying Monkeys will undoubtedly be welcome at our little theatre. Not that climbers ever indulge in theatrics...

Musical Monkees, on the other hand...

Hey fattrad,

The family from Sweden , Fishy , Sabrina, Meg and Finn may want to join in.

Im not sure they follow these threads.

We can always bring extra or get it at the store if we need to.

Let me know how i can help.

Best Gregg

I thought pretty much any climber's party was a MeatFest?

Plenty to go around, but slimmer pickings for the vagitarian girls....

(I know...awfully poor taste. But I couldn't help it! I mean, the thought occurred, my fingers typed, and that was that!)

I am definitely in for the MeatFest, and will for sure come to Fatty's party, too. Still waiting on a possibible "change in plans" for my life in general before I purchase my flight tickets through, so I don't know the exact dates I'll be in Yosemite. But for sure it will be at least the 5 days of Facelift

Pleeez, universe....I gotta know if it's gonna happen!!!!

Fattrad, for my camp 4 party on sunday 9/20. Do you have any idea what the census is there ? Do you think 200 beers are enough. Will I need to keep them in the bear box, rather than my van ? Still on the learning curve here ....smiles and peace, lynne

Would anyone like to donate some chips and salsa ?

If there is free beer, you can assume that several thousand climbers will appear and say they are staying in Camp 4. The rangers may have something to say about the idea, too. A kegger in Camp 4 is probably not their idea of a good time.

We are talking one beer apiece raised in a thoughtful toast....I am not really the party animal I appear to be. :D

I am going to try and get several people to make some short talks about John B. This will be a respectful event.....with some decorations .....Peace, lynne

Emailed Ken, and signed up for the Yosemite Climbing Association (tho, I swear I already did that, but didn't remember my login!)

I think Crane Flat is closer?

Dunno, it's always the Valley or Hardin Flat for me.

Yeah - I had also signed up with the site last year, but when I tried to log in it didn't work. I redid my password, and logged in now. But haven't reserved a campsite yet. I am not sure that I didn't already do it...

Lynne,

Ummm, that's barely enough beer for Bluey, Me, and Mucci for 2 nights. Seriously. Go with the Jack it keeps it from being amateur hour!
