TGT is correct.

And as I recall one can rap with one 60M cord from the top of Open Book (actually it's below the top but who give's a hoot about something as trivial as relaxing on the top and taking in the view) to the top of P2 of Green Arch to a new anchor on the vertical face below, to the ground.

Scrambling down is faster for sure.
