I for one would be happy if this slang term could just be cut out of the english language forever. Meant in jest, whatever, it's just the wrong thing in this day and age. Says more about the user, anyway.....

it's true, ST doesn't allow certain types of pejorative racial labels.
homophobic epithets remain the one type of abuse term still widely permitted on climbing forums. given the bay area base for the forum and cmac's market, i'm always a bit surprised that they survive here.
