Greetings,
I've received a number of posts from Super Topo, but hadn't signed up so could not reply. Some family members found all this information online re. the 50th Anniversary of the first ascent of El Capitan and photos of Bimi, the boat my father built and which we sailed in San Francisco when my sister and I were young. Bimi is now in Washington with my sister and her family.
I would be happy to correspond with any of the people who expressed interest in contacting me. my contact information is below. I live in Fall City WA near Seattle. I am retired from a career in Behavioral Health and in the arts. I've got 2 grown sons and 3 grandsons. I am currently working on the republication of "Downward Bound" by Warren Harding." The publisher and I think it may come out in September 2015.

^^^YES! We need a Downward Bound resurrection!

Welcome Beryl!

My favorite drawing in DB is the one with the "devil" Warren atop the Leaning Tower. I don't know what happened to my copy of Downward Bound but your wonderful artwork was a critical element to that fine tome.

Awesome, 2 fantastic cartoonists on the thread! Beryl, your stuff certainly held up well. Tami, always loved the Rats although I never really thought of them as such. They all seemed to have their own personalities.

Welcome aboard Beryl. (Guido, that's a great story, I'd missed it before, you have my vote for Pirate President)

I'll add to the chorus and bid you a hearty welcome back Beryl!

Looks like we are neighbors up here in the PNW so I will be in touch for an interview down the road a bit.

I hope that you will share some of your artwork that folks haven't seen once you get settled in here.

I am stoked that you are reworking Downward Bound because the swelling ranks of the March of Dimes Climbing Team needs an operational manual and treasure map!
