i've tried patches,
and batches of downers.
bags of grasses from young out of towners.
i've seen the world thru blue-tinted glasses,
my moustache is makin my lip sore.
and i've seen all my nightmares before.

oh, and
my connection is incarcerated.

In the same vein as Mark Hudon's elder beefcake El Cap shot, here's my contribution to the Men of Medicare subthread.

Racking up for Fall climbing in front of a radiator has become an essential ritual for toasting arthritic joints and scar-tissue laced sinew into a willingness to go out and actually pull on things, and so I am quite literally the hottest I've ever been here. A bad cough from a lingering cold provided the necessary body tension for full doddering definition.

I'm currently working the "personally guided top-secret" Mark Hudon ab workout. TR in a month or so.

Sounds like something of a challenge. I've got an ab workout, too, can I play?

Count me in! :)

P.S.

Remind, me, what's your age?

Oh, and what shall be our standard reference? Maybe Sly's picture from the hgh thread?

Listen Doodzes! I was sooooo hot: I was sporting dreadlocks in 1976.

Or was it just three weeks in the Hayes Range, AK without a shower?

I still have solid friends and still look hot in dreadlocks!

The hottest I ever looked was before I got married and was offered a job as a male erotic dancer.

Contrasted with now, @40 lbs heavier *cough* , one of my wifes girlfriends was over and looking at our wedding picture and she asked who my wifes first husband was while looking at me in the photo. My wifes only had one husband and I've been it. hah hah!

Dick, Hank will chime in I'm sure..

It can be VERY hard on it, or not hard at all.

Depends on how fast you learn how to control your canopy properly on landing.

People today tend to want to downsize their canopy as fast as possible - usually far too quickly.

Myself, I was always happy with a nice big nylon overcast that I knew wouldn't hurt me too bad for being stupid. But that was also before all this "swooping" nonsense started.

I wish I could scan part of the pictures of the Merced HS swim & dive teams from 1966, my senior yr...I'm all swimmer-supple but Throwpie was looking buffed for a freshman diver!
