man it's been a tough run,
i've not been on crank but i migh tas well have,
not nearly enough sleep,
cranking out midnight design,
climbing and wrestling trees all day,
never enough time to shower, groom.
just now i was hugging my wife,
kinda kneading the muscles on her upper back,
affectionate-like
and she howled out in pain,
then i realized that i was treating her
like a stubborn branch,
and i needed to tame-down the tactical application.
i don't know,
i don't have any answers,
i don't even have the questions.
total pole-party,
all poles and no holes?
im exothermic, i am combusting

I thought I was pretty hot when I was playing in a Punk/New Wave band in the early 80's (second from left) ExEcutrix - pronounced Execute Tricks, we did a lot of Pretenders, Missing Persons, Divynls, The Motels, Talking Heads, INXS, yada yada yada. I played keyboard, rhythm guitar and back-up vocals.

Yeah Hank, I missed that one but I saw lots at the old Rainbow Music Hall. We used to play (among others) at the old Mercury Cafe, some bar I can't remember the name of on S. Broadway (The Aviators always played there - ahha it was Walabi's), and up outside of Evergreen at the Brook Forest Inn with our good buddies The Kamikaze Klones, who we double billed with a lot.

It was something like 85f but 200000% humidity in the Adirondacks.
I was hot and sweaty and the f*#king black flies wouldn't leave me alone.
