Thank you for the fantastic pictures! It allows us to be there even though we're stuck at home. My 2 year old (who says she wants to go climbing) is looking for her daddy. He & his partner finished up their first day on pitch 7 The Black Tower last night. Hopefully, you got some pictures of them today. Daddy's wearing the white helmet.

Was in meadow today watching the big walling snail crawls, your baby's daddy was seen finishing the ninth pitch and was half way through with pitch ten the nipple, when i was leaving a little after 4.

There is now some cool video that Hans narrates here:

shows them doing the King Swing and Great Roof

Thanks for all the kudos.

I just got an email from Yuji, he hasn't climbed yet since the 12th. He's catching up on family time as am I.

I will have a full write-up of the ascent, the training, etc. in R&I and/or other mag as well as at speedclimb.com

YOU can go as fast as Yuji and I. - see: http://hansflorine.com/shop/NIAD.html

The Hubers are exceptional and I certainly would not have the record on The Nose if it was not in my home state.

Amazing photos. Thank you! I gotta say -- Hans and Yuji are as kind & authentic as they are fast. Whenever I have been around them they always focus on the good stuff. They talk good about others, the climb, each other, their families and the joy of challenge. I'm super happy they made it happen and I, too, am relieved to know they don't have to make those mega runouts again. Inspiring!
