Gee blue, since when is defining a phemomenon a put down?

Go away if you don't like it.

Mr negative.

And remember, you could have said something constructive to help define the lynnification vs Loisification of threads, but nooooooo.

But you had to be Mr. Poopy Pants.

Maybe you just need to go read your bible a while and cool off. OR go to church.

BTW, I am pissed at Bluering for crapping his stupid drivel all over my thread, but this too shall pass.

It takes all kind to make a village!

what dirt don't know is the history with Lynne. If he did he(or she) may be a little more "understanding". She dates back to the(at least)70'S climbing scene and is very well connected with the southern California climbing scene as she was the wife to the late great Dan. He was very instrumental in helping and climbing with many of us here and Lynnie was there the whole time. She IS a mother and that may be why she has that effect on ST, but she made a big effort this last year to reconnect with this community and she is accepted again in this part of the country and has actually started climbing again(big yeah). I hope she continues to post up and as with all ST stuff, if you don't like it or the poster, don't read it.....but if you don't read it then don't criticize either. I for one will continue to look for her stuff and read it...and Lynne if you have more photo's.....post up, I love the old stuff you were posting with Dan and the crew!
So I will wait for the dirt from dirt, but oh well, some of us DO like Lynnie.
Peace

Eric may have been trying to say that it takes an idiot to make a village. In the case of Village SuperTopo, several idiots.

Does LEB = Lynne? Are they twins, separated at birth? Stay tuned for more irrelevancy!

HAHA dude, I got a lot of email from Lynne explaining her whole story a long time ago.

What makes you think I don't like her?

Maybe you should work on your reading comprehension, and btw, your assumption glands are working overtime.

Dirt likes Lynne. He's from Alabama and you need to interpret his sayings. Take what he says and think opposite. Like Roll Tide, etc.

I like Lynne. She adds a lot to this bunch of misfits, She is a sweet little old darlin'.

Wahoo.....who the hell cares. Critical differences only matter to the critic. And we eat critics for lunch(with mustard...you must use a strong condiment to overcome the taste).
I dig 'em BOTH because they set you boys off so easily....can you say "short fuse"?

Like Lynne. LEB, you are a good person. I've always appreciated that about you.

I know that I have already exceeded the amount of words you can read in one pass, so you won't read this part, but Karl just nails it up there spot on the money. Nails IT!

HAHAHA, I have to point out that L wanted this thread.

I think it's been funny, at least for those who have an actual sense of humor.

Like I said a couple days ago to granite climber on the creation thread.....I yam what I yam, and I'm comfortable with it. OBTW, I have no other alter egos on ST it's just Lynne here. smiles..... and have at it.

Lois and Lynne both stand out with their distinct individuality and like all of us, are a bit off...
We as a group are all a bit off during our visits at the taco stand! It is what makes being here so entertaining.
I love the diversity, our differences, silliness, contradicting opinions, etc.

As for Lynne being the ST den mother... You do know many of us need it and do appreciate her input. Now don't be messing with her, I'll bite. Talking bad about someone's mother will get you hurt.

Ouch!,

Your sense of the ridiculous has been eaten by cats. I call it The Myth of Global Warming so that people like Woody and Bluering and Jody don't get all annoyed and go Off-Topic about there being no such thing as GW--just look at Mars!--and then we'd have to tell them they're LEBisizing.

(BTW...did the Dread Pirate BuddhaCat come to visit you last night?)

Locker,

Sometimes people (or life situations) keep hitting us upside of the head with the same old problems, annoyances, faulty relationships, health issues, etc. We humans love to blame everything "out there" for what's going on "in here".

If we can put the blame somewhere else, then PRESTO!, we don't have to take responsibility for it and thus "can't do anything about it". It's a great way for staying stuck in the muck of life.

My point, which confused you, was that realizing someone or something pushes your buttons--and that you have buttons to begins with--is the first step towards healing whatever is underneath there that's making you react. Like an alcoholic finally realizing they have a drinking problem and deciding to go to AA. Awareness is the "good" thing, or gift of the interaction.

However, Awareness is not always pleasant. And the way that awareness is achieved can be downright bloody painful. The entire human race labels painful experiences as "bad". Hindsight often proves these labels to be erroneous.

Bluey, sorry you missed the point...no one's criticizing anyone here, but posting styles are under discussion.

And if you make Dirt cry again, you're gonna be in a lot of trouble. Now go LEBilize/Lynnesize/Blueringatize some other threads, will ya? ;-)
