Finally, got to a screen larger than my fingernail.
My heart is just thumping with laughter and joy looking at the happy dogs and travelers. The bell hop should tip The RoseBud for the honor of giving her a ride!

Willbeer, nice work keeping the elder Seamus amused and cared for in his old age. I dig that you cherish it.

Funny how the companion dogs seem to strike such fine and evocative poses - Lucas/Rosie/Tazzie/littlepup on the doorhandle.

Nice image Chiloe. The beagle is not the same scrappy looking little pup she/he was when I showed up here. She looks to be in her prime now.

Thanks cowboy, our little girl is a grown-up 5 year old now. Your comment made me look back nostalgically to when she first joined us, a tiny pup who would chew tiny sticks.

Since then she's run through a forest just about every single day of her life.

Looking through the old photos is bittersweet, though, because back then she had Jack for a brother.

Slack comes to dinner. Wish we had had prime rib for him. I think he only got beans. He's eyeing JayBro....ummm not good for meat there.
Dang. Since he's just across the street I'll get more chances to spoil him. What's his fav beer, Larry???
