Ever see the TV show Knight Fight?
I've been into medieval armored fighting for about 5 years.
Only dislocated my shoulder once in a fight.
Had to go to the ER twice for injuries.
My armor weighs 65 pounds.

You ain't goin nowhere (I hope).
I understand the realities of copyright laws and the issues it could bring on CMac, but I personally didn't see the warning thread he posted until I saw Nita's complaint about all the pics missing on this thread.
I have enjoyed coming to this forum for the last 8 or 9 years. I have made a lot friends, read some great stories, climbing history and have enjoyed all of the music threads.
I have some hope that somehow this will fire will not fizzle out and all the people leave camp.
I hate to see an end to some great writing and story telling, both life and climbing related. Guido's story of the longshoreman's hats, the building of his boat, Doug Robinson's old threads come to mind and the too many other's to name well researched threads or posts. I hate to think I will have to look elsewhere for books to read, I think 95% of the books I've read in the last 10 years I discovered on the forum.
It just doesn't seem possible all of this is lost forever like a state ordered book burning. I am not that that tech savvy, so maybe I'm just comfortably numb in thinking it will somehow be revived.
On the other hand, all things must pass.
