Jo from Fontainebleau at the ripe old age of 65 (this is just a few years old!):
(Rock Police edit: Jo didn't put any of those tic marks on that problem)

Rick,
Hey thanks! My very own studmuffin! Besides Jack, I mean! :-) Is that "G" for Graber? I met him once randomly in a AAA office...knew who he was right away, just from descriptions I'd heard. Still looks good! In fact, I'd be willing to bet that most of these "old guys" who were ripped back in the day still look pretty good. Gals too, although not too many pics. What do you think....do climbers age well? Well, I mean the ones that last long enough to age?

Pam,
Nope, it’s the artist formerly known here as Gramicci, but who now has adopted a different alias, Graham.

Here’s one of the other stud muffin you mentioned, bouldering in North Wales well before you met, photo by Al Harris. Too cold and rainy or he would have removed the shirt.

Be still my heart! :-) Where DO you come up with these photos? I also like the "bouldering pad" (aka "jacket") underneath! Thanks for the smile....:-)

Off Topic thread drift

cold and rainy

Rick, my ex and I lived for a short while in north Wales (Tregarth, a tiny village 7km from Bangor) and that just about sums it up, though it does snow as well.

Of course, that also sums up Ireland much of the time.

I still say Ed Barry pound for pound, but geez, there are a number of ripped climbers and I ain't one of them.

Jefé said, "Ricky, you forgot your pad."

Now, now... You know better! Absolutely no pads were necessary, due to the excessive amount of MOIST vegetation at the base of each Welsh boulder. And, if you look really closely at the photo, you can see Rick's damp EBs. Yeah?

Nice photo of Jack, though...

Damp bouldering, you bet. That's what the stolen (pinched) bar rags were good for.

Woah...that Steve Maisch is ripped - he's gonna have to eat pickles and chocolate bars to get that Dale Bard thin skin look.

Bachar, see if you can find the pic of Dale on Taco Chips at Smith Rocks, I think it was in a Sportiva add or something. I remember thinking he was the most ripped dude I have ever seen in that pic.
