I try to keep a bit of detachment from things I don't have control over, but don't kid yourself.
Trump is doing real damage to both the US in particular and the world in general.
He is capable of doing a lot more damage.
Would anybody really be shocked if he ordered an airstrike on Iran?

I wouldn't be shocked, but would expect his orders to be disregarded in some kind of Thank God SNAFU.

I might hope that his orders would be disregarded but I wouldn't go so far as to expect it.
National security advisor Bolton has a thirty years itch to take military action against Iran.
If Trump ordered them to prepare and then launch a missile strike, I think the military would.
