I don't know if I'm in for the money pool. Seems like a losing wager for me. One thing I've noticed is that positive changes in body composition may not neccisarily equate to weight loss. If you live close to a university the exercise phisiology department will often times give you a free body fat estimate.I'm 5'10",150, and about 9% body fat.

Otter or Bacchus is fine! Now about that "ish"!? :-) I was 168 this morning. You can e-mail a weight if you do not wish to be precise on-line.

Folks... for this Diet Challenge ™ there's no altering the rules. Susan has running on of these rigs a few times. the EBG et al have argued it should be different there has been no success. Her rules are the rules. it starts tuesday - you're either in or out.

I'm still debating. Gotta see what the scale tells me on Monday :-)
