Subjective troll

Although I climb and enjoy crack climbing more than face,
NEVER
Will I try to say that any particular type of climbing is flat out better than others.

It just doesn't work that way!

Subjective troll

Jaybro - Yes, subjective. It is an opinion, after all. Why do you call me a troll? Everything I stated was true (for me). I don't think stating something that I know others may disagree with makes me a troll.

I prefer cracks, cuz when I get scared, I can plug in a piece.

My motto is: "When in doubt, sew it up!"

I don't get inspired by bolted lines. They just seem like a random collection of holds selected by some guy who happens to own a drill.
Cracks, on the other hand, have a natural, aesthetic appeal, and getting up them requires such specialized techniques for each size, and the mental control to work out how to protect it. They are full value climbing!

maybe you just haven't climbed any good sport routes? tell me you don't see an aesthetic appeal, or strong natural lines of weakness beckoning to be climbed.

where's the mental control needed to figure out how to protect at the creek?

Crack climbing - so much better than Sport

(Sigh)
It's like saying, cherries, so much better than blueberries.

I get great endorphins from all of it. Except maybe the wide, where I mostly get black and blue.

I'd like to ask, better in what way?

One of Al Dude's 10 tenets of climbing is to never let the rock touch the back of your hand.

Something to think about.

Chil it almost sounds like you're taking"troll" as a derisive term. It's not, context depending. I get what you're saying.
