So sun, you make these sweeping statements that the hacking story is not true. Got some facts to back that up? What we do know (fact) is that Wikileaks got DNC emails, so there was some hacking going on (fact). Supposedly the CIA has names of Russians. Sure, it is not the smoking gun yet, but it is more persuasive than an anon poster on a climbing forum.

In a parting shot as he sees his "legacy" falling apart

Whatever you say, or should I say "whatever you cut and paste" TGT. Obama's approval rating is 59% on Gallup, 55% on an average of all polls. He is well liked by most Americans.

Trump is at about 40% favorable and he has not even taken the office.

And you get your infro from?

let me guess sun, Alex Jones?

This schist has been going on in U.S. politics for a long, long time.

I looked at an August 1896 issue of the Shoshone Idaho SILVER BANNER newspaper today. It was full of one-sided articles & included an editorial cartoon, all in support of the populist-Democrat candidate Bryan & his presidential campaign to switch the U.S. monetary system from gold to silver-backed currency, in the hotly contested election of 1896.

The 1896 presidential election has strange parallels to the recent election. Bryan's establishment adversary, Republican McKinley, was the favorite of the “big-money” establishment, & heavily outspent Bryan during the election, while seldom leaving his home.

From Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_1896

McKinley forged a conservative coalition in which businessmen, professionals, skilled factory workers, and prosperous farmers were heavily represented. He was strongest in cities and in the Northeast, Upper Midwest, and Pacific Coast.

Bryan was the nominee of the Democrats, the Populist Party, and the Silver Republicans. He presented his campaign as a crusade of the working man against the rich, who impoverished America by limiting the money supply, which was based on gold. Silver, he said, was in ample supply and if coined into money would restore prosperity while undermining the illicit power of the money trust.

Bryan was strongest in the South, rural Midwest, and Rocky Mountain states. Bryan's moralistic rhetoric and crusade for inflation (to be generated by a money supply based on silver as well as gold) alienated conservatives. Turnout was very high, passing 90% of the eligible voters in many places.

Since the Panic of 1893, the nation had been mired in a deep economic depression, marked by low prices, low profits, high unemployment, and violent strikes.

The election was close, & Bryan the populist won most of the heartland, while the establishment man McKinley won the most populated states.

In 1896 the populist didn’t win, which was good for America, since McKinley was assassinated early in his second term.

Per Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_McKinley

However, his legacy was quickly cut short when he was shot on September 6, 1901 by Leon Czolgosz, a second-generation Polish-American with anarchist leanings; McKinley died eight days later, and was succeeded by his Vice President Theodore Roosevelt. As an innovator of American interventionism and pro-business sentiment, McKinley's presidency is generally considered above average, though his universally positive public perception was soon overshadowed by Roosevelt.

I guess Trump is saying the CIA and every other US intelligence agency is worthless. Fortunately the Kremlin will give him all the intel he needs.

To continue my above post on the election of 1896, when a "Populist" candidate nearly won the presidency.

Much of the economy of Shoshone, Idaho was dependent on the nearby silver-producing Wood River Mines near present day Sun Valley. That area was served by a branch railroad line off the main Oregon Shortline Railroad (later Union Pacific), from Shoshone.

It makes sense to me why Shoshone should embrace a Populist candidate, who was going to bring back their economy by converting the U.S. monetary standard from gold to silver. Idaho was a big silver mining state & voted 78% for Bryan in the 1896 presidential election.

I hadn't really wrapped my mind around the fact that Trump ran as a Populist. It all makes sense, when I think of the success that Franklin Roosevelt enjoyed running as a well-qualified Populist during the great depression.
