Just trying to help folks expand their horizons a little. I think there is value in highlighting the "so bad it's good" in whatever you're into. Too often, we're reluctant to try new things or experiment because of fear of embarrassment at not being good enough. Trust me, no matter how bad you are, there is someone worse, who has posted a video to youtube. Like I always say when trying to encourage my friends to sing karaoke, "It's not how good you are, it's how entertaining you are."
By the way, there is a thread titled, "Best Rap Videos of All Time," which would be a much better venue for arguing the relative societal worth of hip-hop music. This one is intend to showcase the kind of videos with no redeeming value whatsoever. The ones that make you want to gouge out your eyes in a fit of oedipal rage at the injustice that you have just witnessed.
