NO, she does NOT.
Also giving Cabinet-level advice are the Sec of Defense, the National Security Adviser, the Chairman of the JCS, CIA Director, and many others.
In fact, according to the law, the Chairman is the "primary military adviser to the President"

When will the vetting of the lies and corruption by Gary Johnson begin?
Why would someone vote for someone they know nothing about other than not knowing about them seems to be their only positive attribute.

either because they don't take their vote seriously, or they hate America.
Since this seems aimed at John E, I must come to his defense. He has stated his reason for voting this way, and while I disagree, I don't find it unpatriotic or irrational.
Of course, we don't actually know how John will vote, even after he tells us how he voted on election day.
I prefer to attack John's position on the basis of logic and reason.
For example, if Trump gets crushed, which seems increasingly unlikely, the Repubs will regroup and reconsider what they are selling. I think they could be very attractive with an inclusive and economically just program....and even if they don't elect the next President, I think our country would be better off.
HOWEVER, if Trump loses by a squeeker, the right wing nutcases will be emboldened. The evaluation will be that Trump was flawed, not the message. That they needed someone more "pure"....maybe like Ben Carson, a gentle and respectful man. And the GOP will continue it's descent into Hell.

But why would you vote for someone that wants to take America the direction that are Gary Johnson's top agenda?
They are un-American ideas.
He only wants to vote for him because he doesn't know Gary Johnson's top issues and it's his hope that the Congress will keep him constrained.
he can't vote for Trump or Hillary for his own reasons, so he has to vote for a very flawed candidate.
Next
John will vote for Republican Congress people for all positions in November w/o thought of the consequences.
and when nothing gets done next year he will blame the Dems for not doing enough.
If you really cared for the future of America, you would vote for people that will bring about constrained positive change, and stop voting for people that will obstruct this.

The Congressman Cummings investigation also included documentation showing that, during his tenure, Powell had sent classified emails over his private AOL account - but as of July, had still not responded to a request to contact his service provider to retrieve them.
"I had an ancient version of a PDA and used it," Powell said in the exchange with Clinton. "If it is public that you have a Blackberry," he said, "it may become an official record and subject to the law."
"Be very careful," warned Powell. "I got around it all by not saying much and not using systems that captured the data," he said, referring to private discussions outside the agency's classified system.
The exchange shows that Powell gave Clinton “a detailed blueprint on how to skirt security rules and bypass requirements to preserve federal records, although Secretary Clinton has made clear that she did not rely on this advice," said Cummings. It "also illustrates the longstanding problem that no secretary of State ever used an official unclassified email account until the current secretary of State," said Cummings.
