Is there a better place to be?

I have to admit to not being classically wired...

One thing I really liked about living in the valley was everything was up from there.

Jim,

I bet your really excited about going back there--a sort of "returning to your roots" trip. My minor contribution here is a photo of the Bugaboo's, doing a rather insignificant new route, circa 1966. It was my 1st real trip into the mountains, and I survived, after doing some pretty stupid moves.

Not my photo, but this area fits the bill. I had a few close calls there, as well.
