My responses were provided in jest, but they weren't intended to chastise or suppress the original poster,
and I do think they would each be helpful in terms of mental preparation. Key points:
1. Learn to gracefully accept partial suffocation
2. Increase tolerance of pain and cold

Adventurer > I am planning to do it for the next December yes.
Jan > Thank you for that, I already have a book on altitude sickness yes but I haven't started it yet. We gonna do this in 20 days (up and down) so I hope it'll be enough to acclimate...
Stewart Johnson > Nice photos !! I hope i'll get the same weather!!
Vitaly M. > Haha ok thanks
Ken M > Ok, duly noted, thank you for that it's very usefull :). I will be with a guide I don't think i am enough prepared to do it only by myself for the moment. So I supposed that they gonna manage all the breaks during the climb..
John Duffield > Woaw that is pretty crazy, how did it finish so?
Steve Grossman > Ok, I will thank you for that sharing!
NutAgain! > "Learn to gracefully accept partial suffocation" this one will be difficult, thanks for those advices..
