Meanwhile on the other side Yosemite Monkey Josie McKee quietly soloed Aguja Guillamet
according to her FB page.

"When life seems to have taken your world and turned it upside down, there's nothing like a face to face confrontation with gravity to remember which way is up. The grandeur of the mountains always reminds me that I am - along with my problems - minuscule. And yet to climb a mountain all by myself makes me feel strong again. A solo ascent of Aguja Guillamet, town to town. The first woman to solo the peak, I'm told."

Quietly...according to her Facebook page. Lol.

By the way, you forgot to include the hashtags of her sponsors. I am sure they would be psyched to be included here on supertopo. Oh god..

Jay Anderson's "Lucille" story must must be a contender for the record for most words per climbing inch, and that's a classic in my opinion.

Although there's certainly a boulder problem that has received similar treatment.

All in good fun, no?
