Good call Justin. Yup. Little Oakie out in The 'dera. A slice of Americana.

Nice new ride man.

Me and Macronut woke up early and caught a sunrise above Shaver Lake last weekend. What a way to start a day.

Yup, Idaho is damn nice to have a couple hours away. Spent the weekend before last in the Lemhi, I know the rockage of ID, good challenging stuff and zero yuppage!! YeeHaw! Although I hear the big holes are pretty good too! Your pic looks stateline-ish...between lookout and C-Fork?

One of my favorite spots: the mountains east of mono lake. I've done 6 Tahoe to mammoth rides riding a KTM 500 EXC and still have never seen anyone. Now compare that to my experiences on anything on or near the John Muir Trail... The mountains east of the Sierra are pretty much empty and wild. Actually most of NV meets that description.

We were camped upstream from Hidden Creek campground in a Hobo sight with 8 foot diameter cedars. We fished about a mile upstream from the airstrip on Cayuse Creek--That road must have been a lot of fun with a bike- it was pretty slow in our Pilot.
