Norton,

Read this and try to educate yourself--you may want to right a little report to explain what you've learned in your own words.

Kerry's disgraceful lying is incontrovertible.

Barry's got a way of picking real honest guys (and gals) for the highest positions in government--Biden, Kerry, and Hills are well-documented, bald-faced, shameless liars. The only defense is "well they're politicians, of course they're liars." (I suppose another defense could be they're not lying, they're merely delusional.)

Well, by that logic (or lack thereof) the FBI would have never investigated her emails in the first place.

No--preventing the FBI from investigating a crime is clear malfeasance;
not filing a criminal case is simply an act of prosecutorial discretion (look it up if you don't what that means).

Failing to file charges/indict if you have clear evidence that a crime has been committed is not prosecutorial discretion--that is also malfeasance. They don't have anything.

Federal prosecutors report (directly or indirectly) to the Attorney General. The Attorney General (currently one Loretta Lynch) reports to the President (currently one Barack Hussein Obama).

Are these like book reports, ur whaaat?

Are you implying that one and/or both one Loretta Elizabeth Lynch/Hargrove or one Barack Hussein Obama have directly or indirectly blocked the prosecution of one Hills?

If you are, then why don't you state it along with on what evidence you base this assumption?

zBrown - it's very simple. Allow me to explain.

If HRC is guilty they won't do anything about it because that is how our justice system works.

However, if HRC is not guilty then she will be indicted and President Obama and Mrs. Lynch would be a part of the indictment. That way they maintain their innocence by prosecuting a not guilty person.

lol! I love obfuscation. interested in making walls of text go POOF?

Step #1 - you have to use Firefox. Greasemonkey is a plugin for that browser.

And not so oddly you're the second person in a week to ask me how to get it running.

Curt

If you really believe that then everyone from Obama on down should be impeached and otherwise punished for their malfeasance for failing to enforce federal laws by allowing the open and conspicuous sale of marijuana in Colorado (and other places)--there is clear-as-a bell evidence that these crimes have been, are being, and will continue to be committed on a massive scale.
The same thing is also happening with immigration laws, but we don't need to go there, the marijuana example proves that your statement is simply incorrect--prosecutors need not charge a crime even when there is "clear evidence" of guilt, as you put it, and there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it. (At least that's true at the federal level and as a general rule--there may be exceptions.)

The marijuana example also shows that federal prosecutors are not free to file criminal charges against the wishes of their superiors--just not how the system works.

Some people believe that Hills is extra motivated to win the presidency just to avoid prosecution--if Trump gets it, maybe she will be charged.
(By the way, I don't have any strong feeling about the email scandal other then to observe it shows appalling lack of judgment on her part--it's not as if she was giving secrets to our enemies, and I doubt Obama ever really trusted her with anything too important anyway.) My favorite part of the scandal is when she was asked if she wiped the server and she got this funny look on her face and said something like "wiped, like with a dish cloth?" You can't make stuff like that up as they say.

I'm a big NO on Trump.
I knew he was a total liar (or at least had reckless disregard for the truth) in the Obama birther thing. I've got my issues with Obama but I never thought there was any legitimate issue about where he was born, and even if he was born in Kenya, I didn't see how that mattered since his mother was a US citizen (not everyone agrees what "natural born" means, but it always seemed to me that if you don't need to be "naturalized" to be a US citizen, that's all that matters--anyway that irrelevant, he was born in HI)

And I probably don't like Trump for most of the same reasons that the standard lib party line doesn't like him--he's a demagogue who's got nothing to say about specific policies (except for stupid things like his wall), his "business" skills seem to amount to inheriting money and being a reality-TV star, etc.

Now I agree with him on some things--I don't think bringing large numbers of Syrians to the US is a good idea (I may make an exception for Yazidis or other persecuted minorities). But saying there will be a total ban on muslims entering the US seems unconstitutional, terrible policy, borderline insane.

We could all go on and on--I don't like Trump and I don't know anyone who likes him, or at least no one who I talk to about politics.

So I'll probably end up voting for Hills, unless a 3rd party candidate attracts me.

High administration officials from three republican administrations in a row weren't for clear crimes and treason - and the low level officials who were tried were pardoned except for one scapegoat. And you whine about a private email server? Crikey, talk double standards.
