"Miss" Jenner never had a problem to compete as male in Olympics, very publicly so. By all means, that's a dude who got a midlife crisis whim -- once the benefits of being male had waned, he switched gears hoping to get notoriety through some other means. This person does not remotely look like a woman, without very major medical procedures. I wouldn't be surprised if he quietly goes back to being male 10 years from now. All of this is a sad attention-scoring show, and definitely not any real case of a transgender person. Inside, one might feel they're a bird...or the King of England...may dress like one...it's their own issue not to be shoved onto the public policies.

Remember back in 2008 when every Republican declared "if Obama tries to print his way out of this then we're all f*#ked and there will be a revolution and the economy will disintegrate?"
Kind of like when every Democrat threatened to move to Canada if Bush was re-elected.

Again the American Taliban uses nonsensical fears to justify their bigotry.
If someone wants to dress as a woman and go commit a crime in a bathroom, a law about what bathroom to use with a minimal punishment is really going to stop them, yeah right. The law about rape or molestation leading to jail time is not enough?
It's all about their bigoted sensibilities being hurt. Boohoo. When you force a transgendered person to use the bathroom on their birth certificate it outs them and opens them up to harassment and bigotry. That's a real impact. Woman's rooms have stalls anyway, what are they going to see? What is the negative impact for the other people in the bathroom other? None. It's just an excuse to be a bigot.
Add: oh yeah there have always been and always will be gay guys in men's bathrooms. They're all trying to see your pee-pee right? LOL. Better make a law that says gay people can't use the bathroom. Hide your husbands 'cause they're raping everybody in here!
