There is stuff that is rarely or virtually untouched everywhere....except by those willing to have some adventure and exert more effort to find it....and able to have a good time still when it doesnt all work out.
Hell, even in the middle of the tahoe area, theres still heaps of sh#t that no one visits/knows about

Festering miles of chozz festooning a bleak and remote range. Why bother. Just head straight for the little hot tub and have crazy monkey sex with your pump dummy.

It's okay, I'm from California, and I'm creating a climbing and hiking guidebook for Nevada.

No problem Johnny.
I'm also getting an article about the Wild Granites into Climbing Magazine, and the AAC is doing an event there in may. We are working with nvdot to pave a road to the foothills, and the fire crew out of tonapah is building trails next winter.
Speaking of tonopah, I hear they are getting a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods by 2019.

No worry about shiny bolts, we are a group of highly motivated boulderers always on the look out of new boulders to get FAs on. I hear that there are some really great blocks to send. We have secured 15 separate bouldering pads to stash throughout the area, let me know if you need help to find them!
We are also creating a website with "pad rentals" throughout the country where you pay us a small fee to use our pads, which have gps trackers built into them so we can direct people to the pads that are stashed in 26 different bouldering areas throughout the country. We are hiring people to help stash our pads, we pay with boxes of cliff bars, bags of chalk and rolls of tape.

We went up there Friday and. And back last night. We ended up doing a butt-load of hiking and no climbing. The first day we got drawn into a dome down and right of the main wall, and hiked around its north side, up a somewhat steep gully and up to the main wall. The right tower has some good rock with some neat features up high. The main orange tower is huge, and doesn't look like many easy ways up it.
Yesterday we headed up a left ridge towards a 30' tall block that has an easy crack up the back and 2 modern anchors on top, we shot up the hill above that in search of good rock but only found some interesting boulders. There was some nice looking slabs in the drainage left of the main drainage.
If I were to go back I'd go towards the minor domes just down and left of big orange, and right of the waterfall slabs, or straight up to big orange. The place requires solid slab and OW skills for sure.
