Payson, AZ, at my cuz's new house. Not to be taken for a Ski Hutt. They're found only in Berkeley.

Kevin said the snow was so powdery he could not make a snowball to save his life.

Well, he lived to tell about it, that's a relief.

There you happy now?

funny Jim, I was just thinking about chiming in on the topic of good fear & bad fear, but did not want to interact with you. It never ends well

GOOD FEAR?BAD FEAR? OH> COME ON, seems a lot of panties have become well adhered to cracks in bums
this too is complete . . .
Fear is not good or bad
not two or three
or a myriad of types
Fear is
fear is weakness
fear is not seeing
fear is quite
fear is pulsing past the organs
fear is the survival instinct
fear is the wisdom come
fear is in the instant
fear is survival from
fear is going on after others have succumb
we who live in perpetual fear
know how to
those who ask what & how have still to learn
how & how come

as I am just another *_ walking a path I did not have much to do in choosing, just had to buck up & stare into the unknown, before heading off into the dark void, and set off without a net

No, jim clipper, look & read, it is clearly attributed to the person who posted it

It is a picture that was picked at random, by blindly choosing six numbers and adding the [photoid ...code}

Jim B, may now delete more or all of what he has posted so I feel obliged to take a dive & remove all of the above
y'alls no fun

There's always the god things going forward, Gnome.

EDIT !

Let's scratch that after you have hijacked a picture of one of my friend's child that doesn't belong to you.

Can you ever give up being who you think you are and instead, just be yourself ?
& Probably not Gnome, because you and Jerry were arm in arm buds, not taking the brown acid.

& Jim Brennan, Trad climber, Jan 1, 2019 - 09:30pm PT
You need professional help in order to handle your mental/emotional problems, "Gnome".

You know exactly what you are doing and use your f*#ked up brain to do it with. Why you haven't been shot out into the great void that is internet space is a mystery to just about everyone.

Please garble your innocence like the non ass hole you think you are.
tttttttttttt

you have got to be kidding? I'm not sure that you can have a rational thought about me. I have as much right as anyone to post.
there is no trying to get along with you.
I did not want to try.
and wish you had not engaged with me.
I like how the snap of the child showed up & to me fit the comment I had just made. should I bow to your outrage and remove it?
I have walked this trail with you before. you don't like me, I don't give it any more thought than that I try to stay out of your way
#4 I'm on a roll so I'll continue until I get the "Sorry Man"

edit: this is now a mess, mfm hates a mess. so I removed an excellent bunch of words and 3 random pictures

look, Jim, it really is simple
I do & will try to stay away from you.

beyond that, I have no control, but maybe you could respect the same boundaries and stay away from me, please.

oh, fearless leader!
how's trix?
you see this attack had to be addressed I hope?

Tales from Beyond the Wall

"Some nautical terminology might could come in handy, skipper, Sor," said young Jim the cabin boy.

"And what'd these terms be, younker? Spill yer guts & empty yer gob, lad."

Above board - Anything on or above the open deck.
If something is open and in plain view, it is above board.

Aloof - Now means to stand apart or be indifferent,
but it came from the Old Dutch word loef which meant “windward”
and was used to describe a ship within a fleet which sailed higher
to the wind and was thus drawn apart from the rest of the fleet.

At loggerheads - An iron ball attached to a long handle was a loggerhead.
When heated it was used to seal the pitch in deck seams.
It was sometimes a handy weapon for quarrelling crewmen.

Was looking at a garcia/grisman version, but the gnome seems roiled up enough as is.

Kinda strange taking strangers children for yer own. In the context of the gnome, it seemed only to be the free associating gnome. His gzrble of conciousness colliding with other topo visions. I guess?...

Takes all kinds, even Dubliners.

I think Joyce was batsh#t, m'self.

Tell me you understand his gibblefish.

Please feel free to criticise my hypocrisy which knows no bounds/only goes so far.

I mean, this thread's a lot like Joyce's chapters: Bits and pieces, stories and plays, et al.

It's a wonder he was able to complete the work.

I respect a gent who can sit at a desk naked and do what he did,
but probably a lot of you out there do it, too.

Next week--The Idiocy of Dostoevsky, or how to be miserable in 1,000 pages or more.

edit: Sorry, we're going with Napoleon instead--War & Peace At Any Price.

Jim? My remorse only extends to your continued fetid presence. In all, what I have implied through sour wit, has been a way of standing up for myself, against your bullying.
For you to see it any other way is to continue to show your lack of comprehension.

You should always be yourself.

If that means being your crazy, unreal, demented self, so be it.

If that means your logical, reasonable self, yeah,-what the f*#k...

If that means your rigid political/ethical self, damned straight...

If that means your lover/artist/creative/sharing self... Who can argue ?
so which is it, you disingenuous (bully*) stay away from me & my art.

I am not who I am

I for one am not myself
but one I once thought strange to me
old as my grandpa when we shared
those moments out in nature

At first not bullets
only fishing poles
Hunting game came much later

I’ll not be sharing pics of deer
But times we stood with bloodied hands
I did not care
It was not all it meant to me
but years later it would be

A grandmother with strength of more
than young lads of today
She gardened and kept livestock
worked the rounds as registered nurse
at the convalescent hospital

Returning home she taught me
hold firm the bird and ax
separating chickens from their heads

From farm to fork was not a term
referring to fried squirrel and
fried perch with Sunday breakfast

Nine course dinners commonplace
Her fig and peach cobbler pies
cooked from scratch
the fruit we picked as boys
from orchards on a mountainside

The wild Sabine was tamed into
the lake surrounded by the pines
with red soil I waded from
My old grandpa kept me in tow
as I swam over a mile that day

And older brother taught me too
how grandma broke up children’s brawls
with a switching bent over her knee
short and swift
She whipped the lot of us grandkids
on more than one occasion

They taught me what it meant
to be human then
To stand with self sufficiency
they rarely shared their pain with me
even at the end

I am not I or not myself
I’m only one taught strange to me
part who I am I learned from them
from those moments out in nature

Perhapsburgs slept among themselves

They hid the fact in sir names
that took names from dead boughs
& bends mispronounced

Just now & Out of respect for the creativity of Bushman, I added the quoted drivel to my earlier post . . .
Thus reducing my planned out joust,
a waste
My plan to flay one I consider
A panty waste,
That plan now wholly un-done
by adding to what was done
Anything more now won't
get the job finished
done

My given play now reduced
to have had to succumb
in the light of a new day
the proof is there as plain
to those who can/do decipher
while they are in fact my peers
I view as my superiors here

So out of respect for the lives
I understand them to be living out
I've had to drop,
not perry & thrust
Stabbing a mortal wound
at the jugular

so it will continue
This rube
who has the temerity to think he can disparage me

that I lay down my pen again
leaves me angry and at wit's end

re: warnings, never my style
I have posted less than half
of what I'd wanted to
As with the last kcib,
Methinks his can't withstand scrutiny

now I can not make any further
advanced imply it is a. . .
a waste of time
but
I strut victoriously in my own pile

on blueberries

the blueberry
deep purple blue
so beautiful
juicy and round and shining

suffice to say
no blueberry I ever ate
expressed their angst
in levels that I could detect

one hundred million years from now
no blueberry would care
what blueberries today would say
of love or hate

no blueberry I do not think
deep purple blue
juicy round and shining
it would not rate me either
