Missing L big time. Her timely messages and incredible stories were beyond awesome. She wasn't booted. L left this place like other fem's who got trashed on ST by just a few Dufuses. Mayhap you gals can give it one more whirl and this time the Dudes that monitor the ST Campfire can keep the outlaws under control or Out the door. Cali gal is also sorely missed as well as Tuolumne (was it) Rainbow? lynnie

Would be cool if Hugedong still contributed here. I felt kinda bad, in hindsight, for trolling him in one of my early threads here in regards to Bear/food issues at the base of El cap. But in general, I would have to say Weege hits the nail SQUARE on the head.

When I first started ST, we all had avatar names, it wasn't a problem, it was fun.

Welcome back Craig. Relax. Where did WML go? I don't think he left....did he? I'd like to see Fattrad back with Netanyhu being a hot topic these days.
You know, if folks don't like something said, just walk away. I quit reading that guy from Idahos posts. The Wolf lover who got banned. Roxjox. Just quit reading them. It was too much work at some point. At least WML still posts great red rocks photos.

Hey,,, does ANYONE remember what aspoogees name was that I posted? PM me if you do so I can repost it -maybe make it my signature line. Im not about to look through nearly 500 st emails to find it.

That's the kind of stuff that really isn't needed. Ron, dude, you have your POV and dare I say there are times you contribute positively to this site. It is nice having such a wide range of ideas, opinions, and thoughts but that crap above is what adds to the negativity to the site.
It's okay to just look at the hook sometimes, you don't have to bite that damn thing.
And I don't just mean you but you've provided a perfect example of what I mean.

Thanks for the shout-out, Sista! I'm still around, just being way more selective in my posting.
Life is filled with adventures these days, and since my bottom is no longer confined to an 8-to-5 chair (yipeeee--I'm freeeeeeeee!), actually getting on the computer feels more like a chore than a pleasure.
Nothing that a few awesome threads couldn't cure, of course....:-)

Here is what my friends that left ST said to me.
Elcapinyourass, Philo, Khannon (Eric), and a couple others that I will not mention all quit ST or were banned, for one reason and one reason alone.
And the reason is:
A couple of posters here have been so disruptive and are such trolls that they drive off folks that want to have a civil debate.
Sometimes they post outrageous personal attacks
other times they are posting such disturbing opinions that they need no debate, they need moderation.
A lot of people on ST love these trolls, so any talk about them turns sour quickly.
The trolls are still here, and of course there is no hope for any moderation.
So why should they comeback?
The Politard stuff will not go away if I go away
To say that folks won't post TRs anymore because of it is quite the claim!
