Norwegian:
Nothing is an entity.
It shoots just like stars.
It boils like mad blood.
Nothing is borne.
Nothing dies,
and then Nothing lives. . . . well, i do.

Drop the “I.” Now you are “nothing.” Congrats. Good job. Send post cards.

kaholatingtong: reality is a friggin poser anyways

That’s silly. Who / what could be posing, as what, and how?

You’re posing.

If reality were some kind of truth, and it could pose, what would that imply? Wake up to that.

(You’re trolling.)

YOU REALLY DO/DON'T NEED MORE UNREALITY IN YOUR LIVES

just like norwegian needs/doesn't use upper case letters

but it's completely up to thou/thee
Constellations are not real, but there was a Super Constellation that no longer rides the friendly skies. It was not Superman either.

And you cannot possibly believe in birds, for they are too unimaginably beautiful. God must have created THEM in his image, and US in his turd's image.

Some shepherd dude from Yoresemite or Grease Gulch told his kids in the flock about the lion he saw up there.

And they began believing they would be delivered by this shepherd guy and his dog, called Yoresemite Tige.

His dog sat there laughing all the while, licking his boner but not his chops. He KNEW what he was. He was laughing at his master, not the sheep and goats.

The reality (or maybe a reality, eh) is that there are no ants in Ant_artica. Hence the greatest climber of Antartica is still indeterminate.

'Cursed'

The cackling smelly old woman with greying white skin and jagged rotting teeth
She stood up on the church pew
She told me what to do
Now that I was cursed

So now I just fulfill my perfunctory role
Fulfilling my duty in the congregation of the sinners and the damned

The cackling smelly old person with greying white skin waits for us all.

There is not much wiggle room there.

All you can manage is to "look marvelous" for your age.

Hey Moostic, I think a mystic might say reality isn't all it's made out to be. It's more. Wtf? I love a paradox.

Sir Derek Jacobi (The Claudius in I, Claudius).[Click to View YouTube Video]No mention of 'I' in this classic inquiry into reality. Just 'we' and 'us,' the indefinite 'who,' and the impersonal infinitive (like the infinitive, hate the definitive).

Truly a general inquiry for the ages.

I'm taking a nap, see ya, perchance in my dreams, if any.

A good rock climb, pushing the limits of our skills, forces us to LOOK at the objective universe and be there with it fully. Thus escape the noise in our own subjective universe.

Climbers, and a few other atheletes get to know this.

So many others just walk around in a fog, jumping at shadows.

Of course. The question is can it run without hardware?

Doubtful I would say.

A general inquiry into reality.......not possible. A life pursuit, perhaps.
Reality will rob you of your soul if you ponder on its complexities. Just let it be reality and then live your life.

Spider: A good rock climb, pushing the limits of our skills, forces us to LOOK at the objective universe and be there with it fully. Thus escape the noise in our own subjective universe.

You’re stuck in a dualism, and you can’t get out.

Apparently, there is an objective and a subjective universe. There are two completely different universes? You ready to defend that turf?

What is “be there with it?” Is whatever that happens to reference something different than the objective universe—and, is it significant enough to want to achieve it? Why?

Here you are arguing that objective reality is the thing worth paying attention to, yet you seem to want to reach some state of quiet mind. From an objective point of view, isn’t that a kind of shadow that you’re jumping at? I mean what are you talking about from an objective point of view, and why do you think it’s worth talking about at all?

I'm with Lynne.
