Ain't that the truth! About '75 I was down from Seattle for business. We
were leaving town and stopped for gas just off Sunset. George was gassing up
the be-logoed company van and I was just soaking up the ambience when a new
Caddy pulls up next to me. The door opens and this looong slinky leg unfurled
itself. Just one, mind you. After I slowly finished tracing the leg's
trajectory I locked eyes with its owner who summoned me over. I looked back
at George before meekly presenting myself.
"Do you know where a girl could get a bite to eat around here?"
Reilly's another one of those damned Irishmen.
Last week I was cleaning up Park Blvd and this little car makes a fast U turn and comes up to me. Window rolls down and this cute chick asks me, "Do you need to go somewhere?"

Minor detail, the L.A. olympics were in 84.
You're right. I was working at Oberheim Electronics then. The RTD totally revamped their schedules for the Olympics. Made getting to work a pain.
Sunset for the most part was women. Now, if you want tranny's and the gay hustlers you headed to Santa Monica Blvd. From about Highland to the west. Definitely the best place to score pot!

^^^^^+++++
Or if you really want to see it all, go to Santa Monica Blvd on Halloween, 1/2 million people every year!
