Wow Toker, this is a wonderful thread. Beyond the great story, it's a pleasure to see the artwork.

And I'm sorry for your loss.

I choose never to have children but I love my role as the Auntie who gets to spoil my nieces and nephews and take them on adventures they would never otherwise have.

If they think of me with such love and esteem after I am gone, I will have lived a worthy life.

Thanks for the family history Ron. WW II impacted so many lives.
