Wow Todd, you take some great pictures! i feel famous! lol
having one hand is easier than it seems for the most part, but it definitely has it's moments. to correct Todd's above statement, it is right slanting cracks that i have trouble with. i've lead 5.10 left slanting cracks, but then have also been shutdown hard on some right slanting 5.7's like the second pitch of Overhang Bypass here in Joshua tree.
the hardest part of climbing with one hand for me is thinking with one hand. it hasn't even been 4 years since i lost my hand so my brain is still getting use to that. i'd say give it another couple years and i will be leading 5.11's at least.... that is my goal anyways. if i can reach that goal then my next is to compete in the U.S. paraclimbing events. i'm going to try hard to be ready for that in 2015.

Nice knubs,
I almost lost my foot in Vietnam, and after a long recovery, did multiple big walls in Yosemite. It's great to have a passion for a sport, which keeps the spirit up.
Have fun out there!

Knubs... you are the man, keep on rocking dude, love the stoke.
This is far more inspiring than hearing about another V13 sit start or 5.14d onsight

Way to get out there and slay it Knubs! Rad ST name too by the way. You're a true inspiration man. Very cool.
And dont worry about right slanting cracks. They're my weakness too and I have two hands. Go smash it at the comps!

Great post Todd and a cool young man who I've had the good fortune to climb with. He dreams bigger and tries harder than most people I've met, and dam were we ever that skinny and fit ?
We are heading out to the park tomorrow Tyler, nine at Nomads.
