Edge, Sasha and I should be there Friday late morning, so if you don't have plans that day, there's good shady afternoon climbing in a great setting, with a 10-15 minute approach. I'll pst up our estimated arrivaltime. Also Shawn(Burnrockburn) plans to be there friday as well. Hope to see you out there...you won't be dissapointed. Dank

Chim Chim, thanks for the invite, it looks like I will be showing up either late Thursday/early Friday. Maybe you can let me know when and where you might be climbing and I will look for you.

Cheers,

Hope you guys have a blast!

Wish I could make it but for me this time like last
it's a case of too much to do, too little time.

Be safe and most of all,

Happy climbing!!

Jared, think we met on the way up to the Fortress
a couple months ago and then you had to head back early?
Could be wrong though. Have fun, enjoy Woodfords,
so much to do!

Hey all,

I have officially dropped the ball on the shirts (though with the low turnout they would have been costly).

Injured myself and have been on the mend. Should be down though with a buddy. We'll bring provisions for ourselves and extras for the group.

Jared,

No, the entrance to One of These Days parking is up canyon a bit. I'd guess it's probably a mile or so west of Crystal Springs Rd. It'll most likely be marked with some colored webbing or even a hand-written sign. Good luck and have fun!

I had a great time at Woodsfords! The routes I got on were all stellar with beautiful, varied movement and adequate pro. I loved it.

Special thanks to Dan and Shawn for setting things up and making me feel welcome. I enjoyed sharing a rope with Dan, Leah, Jonnyrig, Jerome & Jordan, Jared & Lemon, and a few others. I'll climb with all of you anytime and please know that there is a place to stay and a tour guide should any of you ever make it to Boulder.

Pics from Friday and Saturday.

I wish I could have stayed longer to chat with everyone else but the 17 hour drive home was calling. Thanks again to everyone who attended and made my stay so enjoyable; hope you all continued to have fun and stay safe.

Cheers,
Loran

Yes, thank you Portent for getting the discussion started this year. Brush up on your cornhole for next year ;)

Dan - always a pleasure.

Shawn - thanks for bringing all the grills and smoker, etc. Everything tasted great.

Tyson - great crushing with ya. Let me know if you didn't get the pics. Sorry about the rock.

Adam and Brian - thanks for letting us borrow the rope. Saved our bacon. Hope to see you down there soon.

Great climbing with ya again, Jerome. See you in the gym.

Good seeing you again, Moose. Bummer you couldn't climb. Have fun at City of Rocks.

Nice to meet you, Edge. Hope you enjoyed the Tahoe rock and you had a safe trip back to Boulder.

Great seeing everyone else out there. Kenny, you were greatly missed this year. Wish you the best and hope to see you soon.

@Dan - thanks for letting us borrow your Steeple topo. I left it on the counter of the Minnie Winnie (with Auggie guarding it). You found it, yes?

Thanks everyone for coming up and playing, eating, and climbing. It was a great time. It was the first time in a long time in my hectic life that I actually chilled out and relaxed. Much needed!!!!!

Thanks again everyone.

Yea Friedo, the Steeple is a very clean bit of rock. The regular route was really good and I thought the corner was a very enduro for a 10a. The first pitch is dirty but kind of cool in it's own right. Once you've sent the corner pitch you have many lines you can rap down and climb.

We started at Woodcutter Wall. That was clean as well. Great splitters with a easy approach. Looking forward to more jamming on that little craglet.
