Well done, mein herr!

I'm curious about the US television audience numbers for this game compared to the last US-Germany game. It will be interesting to see how many 'mericans maintained interest once we were eliminated.

Bummer. My boys had their chances and didn't convert. Great game two great teams.

Not happy about the two days extra rest for the Germs, but that's fifa.

Germany deserved to win. Finally the Brasilians have something to celebrate.

I think this the 1st time a European team has won in S America.

What a World Cup indeed. Enjoyed every moment of it and it's been a pleasure living it on the taco.

Argentina played their hearts out, both teams deserved to win, but Germany is the best in the world.

Germany deserved the win. I'm sad for Messi, but the best team won.
What an incredible tournament also. How many games in OT, and how
many substitutes scored game winners. . .

There are few things like watching two teams leave it all on field.

That was a fun game to watch. Glad I got the opportunity.

Argentina played an intelligent first half keeping their midfielders back and taking the sting out of Germanys offense. They almost pulled it off if they could have finished one or two or their opportunities.
