Sadly, Ron, i'm afraid she still welcomes the tired huddled masses of terrorists in training. We've got to quit playing politics with immigration and welcome only those that will advance the country. It's a war out there and we have to act like it.

Yes, i agree Rick. Seeing as how there are MILLIONS of younger people here visiting jihadist web sites on a regular basis, im positive we can look forward to more attacks, which is what they are. Maybe Burning man will get hit- what an opportunity to hurt masses virtually undetected. Any one can pull in there with a whole winnebago full of fertilizer.

Or maybe it will be Downtown Carson during the Nevada day celebrations?

Not many are aware, but TWO places long the highway 50 corridor have been reported to the FBI for suspicious activities- like short wave radio use.

All of our former enemies are laughing their asses off at our stupidity in participating in our own self destruction.

Those douchebags 1) ran to US from their sh#t country 2) were on welfare here 3) got financial aid to go to schools here 4) lived and participated in athletic programs here...and still hated it with all their guts. Imagine how much hate you have to have to blow up innocent people running a marathon? It makes me f*#king sick.

Indeed V.. Yet there are many here that will say ,, the poor younger lad was just "brainwashed".. That IS the defense of the hour. Even though the young lad probably drove over his bro.. Some will say he is just "sick".. Well no chyt sherlock! ANY terrorist is a sick sonsabitch.
And THEY decided their "cause" to be defending islam. Thus they are terrorists that deserve not a minute worth of due process. Just get every bit of info we can, then a quick firing squad, with pig blood bullets, and a bacon wrap for a coffin..

No doubt many will find sympathy for the younger brother when it comes time for trial. Of course, he is not responsible for his actions.

Attn Gen Eric Holder working practically at the speed of light ordered
66yr old Marianne B. Bowler, Federal Magistrate Judge for the

District of Massachusetts to the hospital room of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev
to read him his Miranda rights and telling him to shut the f#ck up

if he knew what was good for himself and stop answering the FBI questions about the Boston bombings. Dzhokhar shut up.

jghedge - your new islamic love interest Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will try to plead to avoid the fed death penalty. Doubt he'll get it.

They already have all the evidence needed convict and inject him without any statement from him.

One of the few words the car jack victim understood between the two was Manhattan which was mentioned twice according to reports. That with the amount of explosives found on them and at their residence elludes to plans for NY as well..

followup on Ron's above post:

The brothers who allegedly detonated pressure cooker bombs at the Boston Marathon had rudimentary plans of traveling to New York for an attack on Times Square, according to New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, told interrogators that he and his older brother, Tamerlan, intended to set off explosives in Manhattan, according to unnamed law enforcement officials who spoke to Reuters and NBC News.

"Last night we were informed by the FBI that the surviving attacker revealed that New York City was next on their list of targets," said Bloomberg at a quickly organized press conference this afternoon. "We don't know if we'd been able to [stop an attack] if the terrorists had arrived from Boston.

"Thank God we didn't have to do that," Bloomberg said in City Hall. "The fact is New York City remains a prime target for those who hate America and want to kill Americans."

The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force shared information with New York officials that the Tsarnaev brothers had six bombs, including one pressure cooker explosive like the bombs that killed three and wounded more than 280 at the marathon, and five pipe bombs.

The brothers allegedly made a spontaneous decision to head to New York in a stolen Mercedes SUV last Thursday after the fatal shooting of an MIT campus police officer, Kelly said. The victim of the carjacking heard them brainstor

Do you have the strength not to be radicalized and do sh1t on April 15?

On April 15, 1974, Patty Hearst was photographed wielding an M1 carbine while robbing the Sunset District branch of the Hibernia Bank at 1450 Noriega Street in San Francisco. She had been radicalized by her SLA kidnappers and joined them in their terrorist acts.

Thus they are terrorists that deserve not a minute worth of due process

Due process exists to make sure that innocent people don't go to jail and that police, etc., follow the law when doing their duty. The actual crime that took place doesn't change the need for those things.

Or do we just go ahead and act just like the terrorists and bypass legal processes and just kill off people that we are pretty sure, because the news media or government tells us so, that a person is guilty even before the evidence has been reviewed?

Really, no criminal deserves due process. They only deserve punishment. It is the innocent people that sometimes end up in a courtroom that deserve due process. But we cannot be sure who is who until that process is completed.
