The "Counter" is like St. Peter, it remembers ALL of your sins, you can't hide them.........

Please just let it be on a climbing thread - any of Steve Grossman's would be a good choice.

I think it would be fantastic if I posted a BBP shot, and IT ended up being the 2 millionth post...

LOL!!!...

Hahaha Locker, well between those two options, we've pretty much epitomized why supertopo forum is so great!

Much better to boost the boob thread than have a picture of the BBP.
In my opinion....

Don't know the answers to who, what and when, but "why" is because in a series of numbers 2,000,000 comes immediately after 1,999,999 and just before 2,000,001. Why you couldn't have 2,000,001 without 2,000,000 and you know that's going to happen.

Well I'm sure Locker would agree in my backing of the Pollyanna poster(s) for entry 2 million.

the Taco counter increments, on average, about 800 posts a day...

however, the deviation from that can be significant... (on the order of +/- 400 posts per day)
I'm pretty confident that it will happen between midnight (PDT) tonight and midnight tomorrow night... so if you go surfing you're not going to miss it

Sullly, I'm afraid at the Photoshop job locker might do on poor Pollyanna...

it'll be from Ron

he's got 18,894 posts, last time I checked

when does he find time to pack a squirrel's ass?

I like Ron and think he's demonized a bit too much...

But his Susan Boyle posting today was in bad, bad taste.

How does one see the number of posts, or posts per day etc...?

edited.

Nevermind I see the running total at the top of the board.

on the front forum page, e.g.:

Forum topics 1 - 30. Total messages posted: 1,999,566

however, your message was message number 2122717
this is the difference between the counter and the actual number of messages, some 123000 messages are not counted there...
