Another round of confirmations has been sent!

I has come to my attention that I may not be receiving all of my sign up emails. I checked my SPAM folder in my email client as well as the SPAM folder for my Gmail account. And low and behold I found a few that got accidentally filtered.

So hopefully now everyone has been confirmed.

Only three days left to sign up so get on it!

hey there say, lolli....

just thinking of you as i see this post...
(actually i think of you all year, being that:
the candles sit in the squard-hall area, near the bathroom where
every as to pass,from rooms to room...

we've used it all year, in the eve, as it is so soft-lovely a light...

the--kept it off for nov, so i could 'light it a'new'
for dec first, into the month...

don't have a window for i though, except perhaps the bathroom one...
might look nice into the backyard... :)

NOW--thanks to you, when i see them in windows, i know.
what the mean/are...

YEP--my friend in england mentions the cut-off dates, each year...

Unfortunately I have to withdraw from the gift exchange this year. I sent an email letting Topo Santa know as well. Sorry for the last Minuit notice, but some unforeseen problems with work came up, and it just isn't in the cards this year.

Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday, and I look forward to participating again one day.

I'm sorry strangeday. Guess somethings up and I pray for you and wish you well. You could just make something or re gift a book you have or something. It's not the greatness of the gift we are looking for here, just the connection of one Taco person to another. Draw a picture.....write a poem. Just be involved. When life challenges ( if it is....i don't even know that it is for you.) don't pull away. Keep pulling the oars up stream. We're here on the Taco to cheer you on.....once again, I don't know you need cheering on. Just guessing from your post. Ciao, lynne

Ok, I'm thinking about this but am not sure how it works. And I may not be on the Taco for a few days. I'm in if somebody can send me an email explaining it pretty clearly and letting me know what I have to do by when. Sounds fun.

no matter how things look, either, in the world, or job-wise...
you are still YOU and friends are here to help cheer you on, not only
in this way... but other ways as well...

if you got a buddy here, email him and have a good share, or share phone numbers, etc...

good anchors are needed in life...

holiday cheer, in form of friendship, helps make a good anchor too...

Thanks again for all the kind words... I knew I liked this place for a reason. I'll be just fine, and I'm still in a better position than most of the people in this world. The holidays are always kind of a rough time for me, and I guess this year is no different.

I would like to take this time to thank all of you for the gifts you have given me, although most of you wouldn't know it. As someone who rarely posts here, and is pretty much a serial lurker, I feel like I've gotten to know some of you through your posts, and have been able to learn from what each of you has to offer. It's heartening to see such a wide range of people come together and share in their common joy and passion. I came to the climbing game quite late, but one of the things that drew me too it wasn't so much a passion for the sport itself, but for the ability to be around people who are passionate about life. In all my travels, real life, or the Internet, climbers in general, and especially the group here, are as good a group as I've ever met or encountered. You all deserve a pat on the back.

May you and your loved ones have a wonderful and safe holiday!! Keep being awesome.

People take this too seriously. It is a lark and just fun. The value of the gift does not matter; it is just for fun and an opportunity to connect. Don't over think it. Hell, send a pebble from somewhere you have climbed.

Strider is doing a good thing here; jump in the pool. You will not regret it.

I am caught up on confirmations. So everyone up to now should have a confirmation email for their participation. Please please please make sure you have received this email.

Today is the last day to sign up (give or take). So if you have been on the fence, get off the fence and email me! Signups have shot up the past few days and we have almost as many as we did last year. Let's beat last years record!
