My friend you are one of the finest people I have had the pleasure to meet, climb and tip a glass with, any one would be enough.
I am sending positive thoughts from Colorado.

Good luck Clark! I remember hearing how grim things were years back, and you knocked it down that time. Kick ass in round two.

Oh boy. I just ran into Clark a few weeks ago while we were both working. He was in his usual high grand spirits.
Keep your chin up!

This is bad news. Thought for sure Clark had it beat. He taught me a lot about climbing.
A couple of years ago I was putting on a pathetic show on Graham Crackers. Clark sees us, and solos the Flower just to come up and say Hi. He said he was feeling a little tired!
Best wishes, Clark.

I just spoke with Clark . He is back home near Idyllwild and resting after his first chemo-therapy session . He is going to be going once a week for his chemo in Rancho Mirage . He told me he feels a bit tired , but will be guiding next week in the high country .
He sounded pretty good on the phone .
I just wanted to post this update
cheers from Joshua Tree !

Hey Clark,
Just need to say, keep a positive out-look...
Know you are stronger than most...
Your tranquillity keeps you focused.
My Best to you, Russ

I, too, thought you had it behind you! Damn. You certainly are in my thoughts, Clark, and I know that a great man always wins. And you've been a winner since day one!
