During the Olympics the snowboarders were way more entertaining
than the skiers.
More fun-less drama.

treez just hold yer finger on the image for 3 seconds or so to save.

Sometimes it will give you options, other times it will save in your photos.

AT stands for "after telemark." Telemark is the ultimate suckah's game, twice the work for half the control. Not that there's anything wrong with that. But after 17 years of ever improving tele-turns, I'm once again Johhny Lockdown.

Thrashing and bashing and mining for sparks on Silverton's opening day I saw the 'boarders floating through the woods while the two plank contingent floundered.

Aren't we all just Brothers and Sisters of the Glisse fraternity?

Yeah the Larry, don't yuh just hate when the climbing gym is taken over by Sportclimbers? Bet they snowboard, too.

and, on the iPhone, just hold your finger there on the photo for a bit and it will ask if you want to pinch it.

The funniest thing I saw on this was when I lived in Vail (they were still doing the snowboard v Skier thing, back in the early otts)and at the end of the year at one of the Aspen areas they let boarders in the last day. a group of 'sliders'showed up wrapped in police crime scene tape. "Well we heard we were dangerous, and we didn't want anyone to get hurt..." they told the TV news.

Rokjox you are so dumb, you are really dumb and spider you can eat my shit!

All gaper skiers or boarders are annoying, f*#k up the snow and get in the way, thats what happens when you dont know what you are doing, not specific to method of riding snow.

Also, skiers owe snowboarders a huge deal of credit for the progression of their skis. Be thankful you arent riding on long skinny straight skis anymore and shut the f*#k up!!

Oh, and of course we have the best chron..

This is a dumb argument. If you ski double blacks you wont ever have problems with snowboarders trashing your runs. Just put the time into becoming a better skier.

And if you ski mammoth, you know there are just as many punk skiers and punk snowboarders.

Gays on trays.

Pricks on sticks.

What about mono-boards?

Must of been a closet snowboarder who thought
that one up.

I ski. But I ski with friends who are snowboarders. Some of them used to be masterful skiers, but went over to snowboarding. But eventually they have come back to skiing as skiing is more versatile and takes more skill overall. It really depends on what you do and the conditions as to what is best to ride. With the new snowboard technology transfered over to skiing, the new skis are sick. totally awesome, you can shred the fresh in any conditions on the new skiis as they float on top of the snow and you don't need the light fluffy stuff anymore to own it. If you tried downhill skiing back in the old days(anytime over 8 years ago) then you might want to try it again, as its gotten much easier and more forgiving.

I have new wide short skis and old narrow long ones.

Due to my extensive time on the old ones I prefer them. Fortunately they are abundant in thrift stores. What once cost over $1,000 you can easily pick up for about $10.

I think its hilarious the way skiers walk. (like they got a 2’ wide dick up their a$$.) HEHE and slippin and sliding all over the place. Getting off the tram, stabbin people with one of their four utensils.
Hahaha you ever see those guys try and ride switch? :P looks like they’re aiming a 10’ c*#k in their a$$.

All this gay talk is making it seem that skiers…..are kinda gay.

ski'in best for backcountry...lift ridin, boardin is way cooler...the skiers are tryin hard to keep up though....the fact that the ski industry has ripped off the snow board industry says it all...most skiers have tried boarding but could'nt handle the pressure...or they are afraid to try it at all....better cronic hands down...most skiers are drinkers....not smokers...

I love snowboarders . . . even though I will probably never be one! Free heel strictly for me. Locker has the best input to this thread thus far . . . read and listen to him, or else be stupid.

Get over the petty divisions and carve it up in your own fashion.

Happy Taco holidays folks!
