It's; "win one for the Gipper"

"take one for the team"

"get zapped in the neck for a jump-&-bolt"

A good time to rent Gandhi.
I hear the sequel is coming out over Xmas.

FT,

Too funny but probably true.

But we know some LEOs are out to kick some regardless what you do.

My advice (mostly serious with tongue in cheek):

Be a card carrying ACLU and Amnesty International member. No joke. When they ask for the license, let them see your ACLU card right next to it.

Have a pocket copy of the Constitution on hand. Read it and know it.

Print, read and have a copy of this document on hand in your car or on your person in your backpack, BASE jump rig, paraglider harness, hang gliding harness etc. Know it and read it. Got any spare time? Read it again. Know your Miranda rights.

Scream at the top of your lungs "Don't taze me Bro!!!! I have a heart condition!!!!!!!" as loud as you can so even the deaf can hear you. Be pre-emptive.

Well, enjoy your relaxing time, Base - and thanks again for being a well-grounded individual in a sea of reaction.

I, for one, appreciate it.

Wish I was somewhere the leaves are turning...

As the "gipper" was played by Ronald Reagan, I'm all for tasering him. All conservatives, especially opportunistic ones like him, are smartened up by a tase of reality.

You never relieved your true identity. Just posted a picture of some dingy girl with a cell phone off the internet.

Thus you are no different then Ammon.

You ran!

You will suffer in your next life to become the dingy girl with the cell phone.

You have one more chance.

Or you will be sent to the court in dreams,

your sleep will become disturbed ........

Now that you have the arrest and arraignment out of the way, only 10 or so more steps to go and 6 months till the season finale.

We shall see if my predictions come true. I already the "floated into the meadow when the fuzz was there" right. (Off duty does count cuz you got busted)

Nothing but positive energy to you mate... maybe you will recover from the flat spin and realize we are all human and here to learn from each other. All the best... see you soon.

Cheers to ya Ammon, hope everything turns out for the best. Not many folks are as positive as happy as you are, I'm sure you'll be good regardless of what happens.

I'll provide a classic example in my LEO career. ... I walk up to a Westy and inside is a guy firing up a sparky. He tell me he's a UCLA law student and shows me his books, so somehow a gust of wind comes and blows all of the leafy material away and a finger wagging issued. Two weeks later, I walk up to the same Westy in exactly the same spot, but this time he has lines of coke ready to go. Lessons unlearned resulted in him seeing how the legal system really works.

So you taught him things aren't black and white...until they are? You are a terrible LEO if this is a typical story. Think about it....you broke the law, also, if you had arrested him at first mebbe he wouldn't have strayed "so far"....

I certainly wish I could be in Yos.... Hell, I might even try jumping off the Cap and going to jail for it. That would beat sitting here in Condo Hell TN, waiting for them to cut off the electricity.
