Whether or knott any skwirrrrls are caught, this should surely entrap an LEB.
The squirrels of Yosemite, certainly those right in the Valley, are hardly wild animals. No need to harass them, but luckily there's lots that aren't in the Valley to tease.

hey there say, mungeclimber.... you know, i had not seen many movies... and i was babysitting while the grandkids watched this...
and it caught me off-guard (that squirrel line)---couldn't stop laughing, 'til i had to time to realize that they wre NOT on the ground, when he hollered that to the ol' dog... :O
welll, say now----patty ann marie loves to tree these critters...
only she (due to me not wanting to pulled full-power, all over creation)
now SNEAKS UP IN SLOW-MO on them.... ('til i yell, okay! and we take off, dog on leash, oh my! and me trying to catch up)...
here, her latest tree-catch, made some good pics:
oh my---it is near 2:30 here, well--getting close to it (night)...
and i promised myself i do edits---i will post the other fun pics
tomorrow now...
patty sure knows how to get these little critters upset, considering she really CAN'T get to them...

hey there say.... here is a few more squirrles... man oh man, they sure are busy here! grabbing up all kinds of tidbits for winter, i reckon...
seems they are more serious at it than last year (hmmm, maybe there is just MORE of them, is all) ... :O
hope it won't be a bad winter...
here is some more of these critters that dogs love so much to "be dogs" with:
no WONDER! they kept her so busy that day!
there were TWO OF THEM working ONE tree-and-dog... ;)
i DID find something neat to do with squirrels, though:
*though, yep, i know folks that say they make great stew...
oh my

hey there say, dickbob.... oh my, the ol' tailless squirrel... it reminds me of my "fence and lizzard days" :))
we used to catch blue-bellies, etc... and whenever we saw a tailless one, we knew it was "one that got away"... :))
thanks for the fun...

trippy timing on the thread bump
little tiny squirrel was making funny noises around our place and latching onto humans. like a baby that lost it's mama. he got into the garage for awhile.
we saw him yesterday, but he's off foraging today apparently.
