"served with rice (sushi rice, of course)" (a loose translation)

yes... and I often serve sashimi with my sushi.

Thus sushi can be vegan which many americans have trouble with comprehending.

The Reverends pelt is rather warm and fuzzy to snuggle with. And he has a tent....

I'm just sayin'....

And I don't know about you but I need to be in bed by 10:30 so that I can be up early to get my three hours of yoga practice in. Without a hangover of any sorts, of course....

I posted this on another thread and probably should have just done it here.

I have finally got confirmations on the evening shows. They are all going to be in the East Auditorium behind the Visitor Center. Alpinist Magazine is going to supply free beer and I will have free wine too. Better pace yourself, because it is going to be a long week.

Wednesday the 24th show will start with Don Lauria showing his slide show and Glen Denny's slide show following.

Thursday the 25th is the Reel Rock Film Tour.

Friday the 26th starts with Dave Nettle's slide show of the Trango Tower with Tim O'Neil following.

Saturday the 27th is music provided by Josh Ritter sponsored by ClifBar. There is also an OktoberFest that night in El Portal that will go pretty late.

Sunday the 28th is the grand finale with free food and beverages. Dancing music will be provided by the Jonathan McEuen band.

The camping in the Valley is full on Friday and Saturday. I can still get camping for those nights in Crane Flat and Tamarack Campgrounds. Email me if you need camping.

t*r, I'd guess that Lynne L may have tent space, at least. It shouldn't be a problem, anyway.

I suppose at some point we should have a FaceLift carpool thread. For those not taking transit, that is.

As Ken says, we're going to have to pace ourselves. With all the friends and fun and food added to our FaceLift work, it's going to be a great week!

You know, come to think of it, how about if YOU slept in Crowley's tent?

After all, no one has started anywhere near as many threads about him as you (knott to
mention the teen-aged Rimjob). Might as well work out your obsession(s) face to face...

Ouch!

I'll be the bank for that. No bets accepted for monetary values over $1000 USD. First born, full wall racks, etc... are all accepted, however.

t*r I agree with you....no strange women in my tent.....whose opulence will be undisputed.

Mighty Hiker was Kiddding, cause my camping gear is a JOKE.

Any chance of rain 9/21 to 9/29 historically speaking ? I may be sleeping in my full length rain coat....fur trimmed of course. Peace and Joy, Lynnie
