Hello fellow members of SlanderTaco,
It seems as if the Lovers Leap Rap Route thread or Technical Association of Rappelling Dufuses (aka TARDs ) thread was more propaganda than anything else. I have received reports as of Sat the anchors were gone, and no one was seen rapping on it Sunday. A hanger or two were found dangling in a tree (someone did suggest a wind chime should be made out of them), have been re-appropriated for FA's, and are in route to me.

Update from sunday. First pitch anchor has two bolts no chains. Second pitch anchor has pin and one bolt no chains. On a side note, the climb is great. Does anyone know if you can traverse the ledge to the right to get the peregrine climb? That climb looks fun.

Can't we all just get along? I know some bolts are extra and some climbers are policemen, but why is everyone SO right about everything? Is there no grey area? It's all covered by peregrine fecal dufus matter....?
I do some canyoning and rappelling is a nice and essential aspect of that...I also have a dufus nickname I wear....coincidence..?.
fun is where and how you find it, bolt or hole...slander, troll....get out and do some good stuff....

I did the rappel Sunday. No problems but did have to leave some tat at the top anchor.
It's not very technical and you don't have to be part of an association to take part in all the fun.

Gee, I meant it as a compliment- sort of. Only California has such a large and diverse population that can support associations on just about everything. You're lucky that you live in the sparsely populated Nevada part of California.

Randy,
It turns out that chirpy, gerbals, ashley, (maybe joe and ralph too ) are all the same people, so there's not any f*#king going on - instead a lot of masturbation. Also all of the 'bolts are back' 'rapped it yesterday' etc comment are BS. This is a total TROLL!
