I hate to post this, but this guy is a thief and stole over 10K+ worth of items from a friends house in denver around the 6/7th of this month. He is an avid boater\kayaker and will be trying to unload it.

here is his picture.

said he was going to pass through denver to steamboat springs, but may be headed to jackson hole wyoming or in utah or anywhere in between.. just keep your eye out, no need for a confrontation as he may be dangerous and probably has a drug habbit to support.

missing 5 computers and one external drive....

one black MSI gamimg computer--2015.

2 hp old laptops and 2 ipads, one with retina display

new Green raleigh Misceo Trail 2.0 mountain bike with disk brakes, hard tail front suspension, tires were flat

dress suit/ clothes, skis and snow board. other stuff not accounted for and he is trying to sell work tools also.

just let me know if ya see him, detectives are on the case.

thanks people. lame people suck and i will bump this until he is caught! Afterward, i will remove and finally get on the people who delete threads list...yeeeha

Sounds like it was booty gear. What are the local ethics? How overhanging was the climb?

ya, free booty when one thinks a friend is coming by to visit. climb was a slab, 5.4 to say the least. He didn't have to hang dog, but probably sewed it up with his tiny brass nuts.

Nice, snakefoot. You made me laugh. It still hurts to laugh, sometimes. Worth it, though. Hey, I hope they catch the crook.

Who hands out keys to their house to acquaintances?
I hope you find the guy but one has to take some responsibility for allowing people like this to thrive by providing opportunity.

Check intelius for Austin Rathman

https://www.intelius.com/search/people/Austin-Rathmann

You can get his address, social network info, etc for a fee, but the detectives probably already have this info.

Facebook search shows he did something similar in 2012 to someone in Ennis, Montana. If he didn't get caught for this he'll probably get away with his latest escapade as well.

https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=austin%20rathmann

The problem with these situations is the cops won't put out a warrant for him and the victims need to get on with their lives.

bump for the chump. thanks ya'll for the input. preaching to the choir pud. he is adopted and his family has probably disowned him by now so they are not responding to my friends requests. skully, glad you're getting back your mojo, life throws us crazy curve balls and this tribe is strong

the adopted component suggests no real bonds to people and therefore limited help from them also in dealing with him. locker, i enjoy your posts!!! this has nothing to do with my thoughts at this point, i am not perplexed. carry on

locker, i am not saying anything about blame and adoption, i am filling in details about a person. yes, i agree, choice is ours and thats where the responsibility lies.

funny werner, and even funnier how social media allows us to get this info out to the masses within seconds. truth is stranger than fiction.
